VISA TYPES

1. TRANSIT VISA 

A transit visa simply is a temporary visa or in other words, a short-period visa during your journey. In some countries, you might require to have a stopover for a minimum of 24 hours just to further grant you a transit visa.

• Duration: 4 Days

2. 48-HOUR TRANSIT VISA

Transit visas for 48 hours are issued only to passengers transiting through the UAE's airports. This visa has a validity of 48 hours from the first entry to the UAE and must leave within 48 hours.

3. TOURIST VISA (S)

A tourist visa is for those who are not eligible for a visa on arrival or a visa-free entry to the UAE. A tourist visa can be obtained for eligible individual tourists from around the world.

• Duration: 30 days

4. TOURIST VISA (M)

• Entries: Multiple
• Validity: 60 Days
• Duration: 30 days

            

5. TOURIST VISA (Long Term-S)

• Entries: Single
• Validity: 60 Days
• Duration: 90 Days

6. TOURIST VISA (Long Term-M)

• Entries: Multiple
• Validity: 60 Days

VISIT VISA OR TOURIST VISA?

A tourist visa can only be used for tourism purposes, vacations or leisure trips. But you can use a visit visa for your business meetings, or anything official. With a visit visa, you can stay for 90 days and with a tourist visa, you can stay for 14 days or 30 days and even extendible for a further 40 days under conditions.

Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice-President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, recently announced that the tourist visa in the UAE/Dubai will be issued for five years from now.

But previously, all tourist visas were only valid up to 30 to 90 days. Stay happy! but now,
the tourist of any nationality can have the UAE visit visa for like five-year.

Amazing right! They are at the peak of development these days. This move is also a highlighting part of pre-planning the country for their next 50 years of development. Recently, Saudi Arabia had also accepting applications for the online visa in September last year.
