The Dubai government has also introduced a welcoming visa policy for all the excited tourists. Like many other GCC’s, this is for the one who is confused with the criteria, eligibility, and types of visas.

WHO ALL NEED A VISA

Actually, some countries do not require a visa to visit Dubai. People other than from these countries will need a Visa for their choice before the arrival.

DUBAI VISA ON ARRIVAL ( 30 Days )

People who belong to the countries, who hold their national passport specifically, Vatican City, Ukraine, United Kingdom, Andorra, United States of America, Australia, Argentina, Canada, Brunei, China, Japan, Singapore, Ireland, Malaysia, Kazakhstan, San Marino, Mauritius, Monaco, Russian Federation, New Zealand and the People's Republic of China don’t require a Visa for their visit for 30 days.

DUBAI VISA ON ARRIVAL ( 90 Days )

Passport holders of countries like Austria, Brazil, Belgium, Bulgaria,  France, Germany, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Switzerland, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, South Korea, Greece, Romania, Lithuania, Sweden, Switzerland, Hungary, Iceland, Italy, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Seychelles, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Spain, Uruguay also you get visa less benefit for 90 days and enjoy your vacation!

VISA TYPES

  1. TRANSIT VISA 

A transit visa simply is a temporary visa or in other words, a short-period visa during your journey. In some countries, you might require to have a stopover for a minimum of 24 hours just to further grant you a transit visa.

  • Validity: 14 Days
  • Duration: 4 Days


  1. 48-HOUR TRANSIT VISA

Transit visas for 48 hours are issued only to passengers transiting through the UAE's airports. This visa has a validity of 48 hours from the first entry to the UAE and must leave within 48 hours.

  1. TOURIST VISA (S)

A tourist visa is for those who are not eligible for a visa on arrival or a visa-free entry to the UAE. A tourist visa can be obtained for eligible individual tourists from around the world.

  • Validity: 60 Days
  • Duration: 30 days

  1. TOURIST VISA (M)
  • Entries: Multiple
  • Validity: 60 Days

VISIT VISA OR TOURIST VISA?

A tourist visa can only be used for tourism purposes, vacations or leisure trips. But you can use a visit visa for your business meetings, or anything official. With a visit visa, you can stay for 90 days and with a tourist visa, you can stay for 14 days or 30 days and even extendible for a further 40 days under conditions.
